Welcome to Khob's Tattoos, www.tattoophuket.com.
My name is Khob. I am a tattoo artist, born and raised in the province of Chaiyaphum in Esaan in Northeast Thailand,
where tattoos are an important part of our culture and spiritual life. There is hardly anybody living there without tattoos, the women as well as the men.
So I grew up with tattoos, and from a young age I began to tattoo. Friends and family, first with the traditional bamboo tattoo, still my big love, and later on also the more customary machine tattoos.
A few years ago I moved to Phuket, where I work as a divemaster for Phuket dash Scuba dot Com,
guiding scubadivers on the many spectacular divesites here.

Also on Phuket tattooing is very popular, especially in the diving industry, where the tattoos often
reflect themes from the sea, such as dolphins, manta rays, sharks and turtles,
and nature such as the waves, sun or the moon, as well as the traditional tribal style tattoos.

Recently I began this website, because I would like to spend more time with my big hobby.
Almost any design is possible, you can even make your own! And if you know you would like
a tattoo but have no idea about the kind of design you prefer, I can show you a lot of options.

Whether you like a tribal tattoo (my personal favourite), something spiritual,
a butterfly, dragon, whether you would like a classic Thai bamboo tattoo or machine, I can do it for you.

As soon as I arrived in Thailand
I wanted a traditionally applied tattoo.
I wanted something original, and choose a Thai text that protects by keeping bad things outside and good things inside.
In Belgium I already had 2 tatoors done with a machine and thought the pain was ok.
And, I have something really beautifull now, so no regrets at all!! Plus I also have experienced this.
